Right-to-Know
Act 3 of 2008 establishes 19 types of legislative records which are available to the public. The types of legislative records available under the Right-to-Know Law are spelled out in Section 102 of the Act 3, in the definition of "legislative record."
Of these, 3 types of legislative records apply to the Legislative Data Processing Center (LDPC). They are:
- A financial record.
- Minutes of and records of attendance of members of the LDPC and all recorded votes taken in a public LDPC meeting.
- An administrative staff manual or written policies of the LDPC.
If you would like to make an official request for legislative records from the LDPC, your request should be in writing (postal mail, fax, or email). A sample request form (PDF) is available here.
Open Records Officer
All requests should include sufficient detail to allow the Open Records Officer to locate the information requested, and should include the requester's contact information. Requests should be sent to the LDPC Open Records Officer:

You should receive a reply to your written request within five business days. pursuant to Section 901 of Act 3.
